Refund and Returns Policy

All products purchased from REEM Retail can be exchanged or returned within 15 days after the delivery. The items must be unworn/ unused in order to be eligible for returns or exchanges.

We offer free refund and exchange services on your first request. However, for any second exchange request on the same order, a delivery fee of Rs. 500 will apply.


Defective or Damaged Items

In case of a defective, faulty, or damaged item, please notify us within 15 days of delivery by contacting us on Whatsapp. Please take photos of the damage, as we might require it later on.


Refunds

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product.

Returns & Exchanges May Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases

There are certain scenarios where we may not be able to support returns or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

  • The product is damaged due to use.

  • The product has been tampered with.
